Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is available for use at all times.

Observation: Only 2 staff on duty at time of inspection do not have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure in the absence of the operator at least one staff on duty has FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Send additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1 if required. Correct by January 31, 2019.

Routine inspection:

At the time of inspection "Display Management System Log" for January 17, 2019 missing. All other dates present and accounted for. Time cards identifying discard times for room temperature display of savoury products such as cheese pizza, spinach and cheese croissant, and ham and cheese croissants missing. As per your food safety plan ensure the time card is in place and identifies when the savoury products are to be discarded (6 hours after time out of oven). Ensure the log sheet is kept onsite and available for review at all times.
