Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Time tracking logs and temperature logs were up to date. Food is stored off the floor. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm at the 2-compartment sink. Note that the middle dispenser does not work properly. Quats test strips were available for use. Screen door in use. General sanitation was satisfactory.
