Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prep station hand washing station was obstructed with inventory and shelving. Staff were currently using back kitchen hand washing sink to wash hands as needed.
Corrective Action(s): Do not obstruct hand washing stations. Ensure all hand washing stations are available during operation to enable staff to wash hands when needed. Correction required today.

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Hand sinks with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water.
Food protected from contamination with food grade lids and covers.
Dedicated tongs used for raw proteins and changed out every hour to prevent cross contamination - good.
Dry storage is satisfactory.
Single use containers are sanitary.
Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated scoop.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Dishwasher final rinse at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate.
Quat sanitizer in spray bottles at 300 ppm quats.
Wiping cloths are laundered off site.
Temperature monitoring and chemical testing in use.
Permit will arrive in mail at later date.
Kitchen staff are certified in Food Safe Level 1.
