Observation: The ice machine had visible black mold growth.
Corrective Action(s): The mold can contaminate the ice, which in turn can be served to customers. Empty the ice from the ice machine, and clean the mold, then sanitize it with bleach solution 100-200 ppm. Ensure a frequent cleaning schedule for the ice machine.
