The following corrective actions have been taken in response to violations which were identified during routine inspection:
- Handsink is now draining properly
- Foodsafe requirement met at the time of the inspection. Manager present and has completed Foodsafe level 1. Ensure an adequate number of staff are trained to ensure Foodsafe requirement is met at all times.
- Cooked rice is being hot held. White rice 64C; brown rice 70C

Pending issue to be addressed:
- Code 212: Food safety procedures present at time of the inspection; however, do not include Some additional menu items (eg. pasta) present in procedures as same procedures were used for previous Vancouver location and poke bar items are not included. Revise/update food safety procedures so that they are specific to this location. Submit to EHO for review.
