- Clean & sanitize. Ensure to clean and sanitize every 4 hours when in continuous use and before closing.

Observation:
- Dead mouse observed behind the freezer at the back.
- Cockroaches observed on glue traps. Higher count near the sink underneath the syrups.
Corrective Action(s):
- Remove the dead mouse. Clean & sanitize the area. Done today.
- Clean and sanitize the sink counter underneath the syrups. Done today.
To prevent cockroach population, do caulking around the counter sink to seal any gaps between the sink and the wall. Treat the drains on the floor. Pull out the ice machine to clean the area. Ensure there are no syrup residues left on the squeeze bottles and the area around them overnight. No food residue should be remained on the surface.
