Comments

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Oct 17, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B5MTMN). The following observations were made:

- Ice wands are in sanitary condition and are suspended upright in the chest freezer, placed inside bags. Please ensure that you continue this practice - ice wands are a food contact surface that must be protected from contamination
- Tartar sauce continues to be stored in the display cooler at 4C or less
- No food products stored directly on floor at time of inspection - good

Thank you for your co-operation. Spot-checks may still occur from time to time to ensure that you follow proper food handling procedures.
