- All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Three-compartment sink was properly set up for manual dishwashing. 200 ppm quats detected in sanitizing compartment.
- 200 ppm quats detected in all sanitizer buckets storing wiping cloths
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures satisfactory
- All hot foods were held at above 60C - good. Hot held foods were time-tracked.
- Ice cream and frosty machines maintained in sanitary conditions
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
- General sanitation of facility was good at time of inspection
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Seal for hot holding unit for hamburger patties has been replaced. Good.

Note: Monitor temperature of inserts storing toppings and condiments. If they exceed 4C, they must be discarded every 4 hours.
