Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect these hard-to-reach areas at least monthly

Observation: -Worker personal effects mixed in with shelves housed in the dry storage room

-Cardboards in use as shelf liners under bulk foods and soak up grease undershelves under cooking areas
Corrective Action(s): -Keep personal effects completely separate from public foods -fully use the hangers at the door (another one at the employee washroom suggested). Also placing in the washroom is ideal too

-remove all cardboards (any single use materials) as shelf liners -you must be cleaning and sanitizing as required these cleanable shelf areas
