High temp dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface.
Freezers (onion rings/fries/frozen patties) was at -12 to -14 deg C.
- Temp log was available and up to date (freezer reading in the beginning of day at -18 deg C)
Walk-in cooler was at 4 deg C ambient temp.
Other prep line coolers at 4 deg C ambient temp.
