Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station in back kitchen cooking area was missing papertowels in dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Employee onsite was able to provide paper towels. However, dispenser should be refilled immediately once empty. This needs to be done.

Observation: Pest control is in place and being conducted by professional company.
Corrective Action(s): Operator must provide reports for the last two inspections for Pest Control.

Observation: All hard to reach areas, under and behind cooking areas, coolers and freezers require a deep cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean all hard to reach areas and noted areas as soon as possible. Ensure all cleaning is being done on regular basis.

Observation: Pizza dough was lined/covered with non-food grade material (ie. garbage bag). This material is not made for this purpose and can lead to the contamination of food items.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all non-food grade material immediately. All food items should be covered with food grade materials. For example, all food grade containers should have lids or line food with food grade plastic wrap, wax/parchment paper or foil wrap.

Routine inspection.
Note: No changes to the menu.
Handwashing stations are fully equipped with hot/cold running water ,liquid soap and papertowels except see above noted violation for one handsink.
Bleach water sanitizer is available at 100ppm concentration in bucket. Rags are being stored in bucket and not on food contact surfaces.
Sanitizer for dishwasher reached 50ppm concentration.
All coolers are 4c or below.
All foods are located off the floor.
Dry storage area is satisfactory.
Employees are wearing proper protective wear (ie. uniforms)
