Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection on May 20. - Sanitation improved greatly, ensure to pay extra attention to hard to reach areas when conducting daily cleaning. - The prep coolers were fixed, and are capable of maintaining <4 degrees Celsius. Ensure to monitor and record temp of all units + hot/cold holding at least twice daily. (Provided temp. log template for facility) - Sanitizer was available at bar and kitchen, tested @ 200 ppm. Ensure to test sanitizer solution concentration regularly with test strips and change as needed. - All foods were covered and stored off floor. - Owner ordered new shelves to replace the old rusted shelves. (on the way). Great work!
