Comments

Standing cooler in the back has been repaired and is measured at 3C; thermometer available. Fans replaced.
Adjacent cooler broke down two days after and was also repaired together. Refrigerant replaced.
Front under-counter cooler dial adjusted and is measuring at 4C.
Temperature records are actively taken, corrective action recorded.
Invoice for refrigerator service is with store owner.
Fruit flies reduced and no signs of ants at time of inspection.
Pest control has treated 3 times since routine inspection, including ant hill outside of the restaurant and affected areas.
Sanitizer was then applied on food contact surfaces to prevent contamination.
Quats sanitizer is on 2 hour timer where staffs are to reset timer after replacing the insert with new sanitizer.
Juice machine and pop fountain has been cleaned, overall sanitation in the facility is good; deep cleaning is done behind equipment and hard to reach areas.
Mould around handsink by office desk has been removed.
Paper towel dispenser repaired.
No staff belonging observed in food preparation area.
