The following issues have been corrected on or before this inspection. - All drawers have been cleaned out and organized. - Continue to monitor throughout facility and continue to clean and sanitize affected areas. - Food spillage and debris located the following areas have been removed: 1. Behind convection oven 2. On floor, behind racks in walk-in cooler 3. Underneath equipment and in hard to reach areas such as corners 4. On icing pails/ buckets 5. On common touch areas
