- High temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher : 71.9 degrees C at dish surface
** Ensure that dishwasher has adequately heated up
before using (Min. Wash: 66 degrees C ; Min Rinse: 82 degrees C). Dishwasher
took greater than 1 hour to heat up. **

- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution.

- Correction Order Rescinded.
