This inspection was conducted by a student EHO.

Violations Corrected: 210 & 302.

-All raw chicken was stored in walk-in cooler, temperature < 4°C. This includes chickens being thawed.
-Unable to check Saturday's chicken shipment invoice as it's not available anymore. Raw chicken is prepared separately from potato wedges.
-No dishes observed in mop sink. Operator says it's only used for mops.
-Mops and mop buckets not stored around clean utensils
-No other issues observed. Operator says next month head office may look into installing a prep sink.
