Food grade (white plastic) bins have now been purchased for use, operator will be using old bins for food storage but will be lining them with plastic wrap
Sanitation has greatly improved in the following areas:
1) The green shelving over the sinks in the back area
2) The green shelving above the cutting board area
3) The freezer by the stove area
FoodSafe certificates for both the operator and his staff member were available and kept on site

**Reminder: Your FoodSafe certificates will expire on July 28, 2018. You have two options:
1) Re-take the FoodSafe level 1 course (this is a one day course) and pass the course successfully
2) Go to the FoodSafe website and take the Level 1 Refresher online and pass it successfully.
