Follow-up inspection to Report PKUR-CT9P5K -Cooler #11 registered at ≤ 4 C - good. -New Air Cooler at ≤4 C however not in use - staff stated cooler unable to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below. Signage posted to inform staff not to use. Ensure cooler is repaired if there is a need for an additional cooler or remove off premise. -Handwashing sink near walk in cooler was unobstructed and fully equipped - good.
