- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition!!!!! EXCELLENT WORK - CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THIS HIGH LEVEL OF SANITATION!!!
- No evidence of pests - Rat infestation seemed to be eliminated - continue to monitor holes and trap for rodents; All holes sealed during inspection; no new holes or chew marks observed
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 72 at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine - EXCELLENT WORK! CONTINUE TO HAVE SANITIZER SOLUTION MADE DAILY TO SANITIZE FOOD PREPARATION SURFACES
- Cooler fronts, handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Shelves and walls in good sanitary condition
- All table tops and bottom shelves in good sanitary condition
