This is not adequate, nor does it easily allow/encourage staff to properly wash and sanitize dishes. A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -21C; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle and in 3-comp sink had 200ppm strength. Good. Ensure spray bottles are only filled enough, so the solution is used within 2 days. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; food stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or platforms. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - Discussed inspection results with staff, no signature obtained due to pandemic.
