Routine inspection conducted.

NOTE - Facility has undergone renovations. Construction of the facility was found as per the approved floor plans. Conditions on the permit were revised.
- Updated Food Safety and Sanitation Plan received prior to the inspection and found satisfactory.

Temperature (coolers to be maintained at 4C or less, freezers at -18C or less, hot holding at 60C or above):
- Temperature of stand up cooler at -5C
- 2 door stainless steel cooler at 4C
- Small chest freezer at -23C
- 2x prep cooler in front service area below 4C
- 4 containers of golgappa flavoured water were stored on ice. As per the operator, ice is changed every 2 hours.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All food products were found either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- Hand wash station in the front service area and back kitchen were adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Sanitizer spray bottle available in front and back kitchen and the concentration of bleach noted at 200ppm.
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher was found in good working order. 50ppm chlorine residual noted during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink present.
- Utensils and tongs were found in sanitary condition.
- Washrooms maintained in good sanitary condition with supply of hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towels.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
