Schedule for cleaning every week.
-2 door and 1 door cooler temperature at 4°C.
-Walk-in cooler at back at 4°C.

Note: At time of inspection sanitizer measured at 100 ppm. On timer for 2 hours. 0.25h left. Please change solution at end of timer.
Note: Dispenser for sanitizer at 200 ppm.

Operator advised to reduce timer to 1.5h for ware washing sanitizer.
