No signs of pests at time of visit
Glasswasher final rinse reaches at least 12.5ppm iodine on glasses
Quats sanitizer was not present in the beginning of inspection. Sanitizer must be present once facility starts operation. Staff brought in sanitizer, concentration noted at 200ppm.
