Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Rodent droppings observed on opened bag of cinnamon sugar. Unable to verify if rodents have entered bag.

**Store all opened dry product bags in a tight lid, rodent proof container constructed of food grade materials to protect food item from contamination.

Observation: - Rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
- Shelving under glazing table.
- Floor/ wall edges under glazing table and under oven.
- Floor/ wall edges under prep table (across from walk-in cooler).
- Under dry storage shelving.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and thoroughly clean area.
- Sanitize affected areas with 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water).
- Report activity to your pest control company and follow all recommendations.
- Ensure that all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service.

Observation: - Handsink (beside walk-in freezer) has a label "do not use for handwashing". Supervisor advised that unit is not used because there are plumbing issues.
Corrective Action(s): - Repair handsink and ensure that it is equipped with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels to facilitate handwashing.

Note: Supervisor advised that employees are instructed to use handsink at kitchen entrance in the meantime. Access to donut glazing station is acceptable temporarily until the above noted unit is repaired and properly equipped.
