Comments

Routine Inspection:
- Two preparation coolers with inserts at 4C, bottom drawers at 3C.
- Walk-in cooler at 3C. Food items were covered.
- Walk-in freezer at -18C.
- Hot potentially hazardous foods were hot held at above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 100 ppm chlorine detected from low temperature dishwasher at the plate level.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available from the dispenser, buckets with wiping cloths inside and spray bottles.
- 12.5 ppm iodine detected from glasswasher.
- Dry food products stored on the shelving unit off the ground.
- General sanitation in the kitchen and bar area satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed.
- FoodSafe requirements met at the time of inspection.
- Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
