Time of the inspection 2:00pm ( end of the lunch time ). All food discarded from the hot table " Kriitika " is a new shift manager. She completed her Food Safe training on line. Daily logs are up to date. Hot holding temperature has been added to the daily temperature logs and it has been monitored daily.
