- Food Storage: Ok. Thawing procedures discussed. No double stacking of food containers, when saran wrap or tin foil is being used to cover food items. All implements/containers are to be kept in good repair. Any damaged and/or cracked items are to be removed.
- Chemical storage: Ok.

- Staff hygiene: Reviewed and discussed.
- Sanitation: Ok. Limit use of cardboard to line shelves, etc.
