Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fly light bug zapper AGAIN observed in the kitchen areas. These pest deterrents are not allowed in food areas due to exploding insect parts that contaminate the areas below. This was cited back on February 25, 2021 inspection -Correction Order issued
Corrective Action(s): Remove the bug zappers -these may only be used in non-food areas such as the washroom or outside dumpster areas.

Discussed at length options available for fly control: UV light + sticky board, sticky tape, pheremone traps.

Corrective Action(s): Although effect against flying insects it does not detract rodents from entering your facility.

Remove the fly screen netting.

An actual screen door will be needed flush with the door frame instead
