Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-ASQUMS

- Wiping cloths stored in bleach water sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine
- Ice machine internal components are in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely. Thank you.

Do not store any potentially hazardous foods (such as foods containing meat or dairy) in ambient display case until a revised food safety plan has been submitted and approved by Fraser Health. Sausage rolls must be kept in the cooler at 4 degrees C or less until such time.
As discussed with owner, a meeting has been arranged to revise food safety plan to include ambient temperature control. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via telephone or email.
