Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dairy products - 2 x cream bags in the cream dispenser noted at 10.3C and 9.1C. Upon verification, it was confirmed that the bags were above 4C for less than 2 hours. Staff put both bags back in a working cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all cold potentially hazardous food is stored at a temperature of 4C or less.

Observation: Cream dispenser was not functioning properly and was recorded at an ambient temperature of 10C.

Routine inspection conducted.

- Temperature of all coolers were noted at or below 4C.
See violation above for one exception
- Freezers noted at or below -18C.
- Hot holding units were recorded above 60C.
- Facility records temperature every 2 hours.
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- All hand wash stations had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 83C on dish surface during rinse cycle.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink available for manual dishwashing and 200ppm QUATS dispenser.
- Sanitizer pails available throughout the facility and recorded at 200ppm QUATS.
- Pest Control Company conducts routine checks.
- Back door has been serviced to seal any gaps and was found closed at the time of inspection.
- Improvement noted in terms of flies issue in back chemical storage room.
- Operating permit posted at a conspicuous location.
