Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soup warming unit was set at "dot" below the minimum holding temperature setting.
Soups both measured slightly below 60C (55C and 53C)
Corrective Action(s): Turned up at time of inspection.
Staff reminded that their probe thermometer stuck down to the bottom of the insert gives the highest temperature reading of the whole container. Measure approximately mid product height.
