306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: A) Observed accumulations of food debris, moisture, mould in and around walk-in cooler including floor, walls, door seals and shelves (pics taken). Biomat developing along floor leading to puddle outside walk-in floor on hinge side.
B) Observed accumulations of food, old cleaning cloths, containers etc. below equipment in kitchen area.
C) Observed accumulation of dust and mould on floor of washroom stall where drinks and food containers kept.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the above A, B, C mentioned areas of kitchen and send pictures of completed work prior to re-inspection date noted on report. Make necessary adjustments to sanitation plan - cleaning schedule - to ensure kitchen is maintained in a sanitary condition

Observation: Shelving unit outside walk-in cooler wobbly and not designed to move easily, limiting the ability to clean this area. Shelves also overfilled. Food being stored on floor in walk-in cooler.
**In general sotrage space an issue in this facility.
Corrective Action(s): Remove shelving unit that is wobbly and not easily moved for required cleaning.
Replace with wheeled shelves (in many areas of premises) to make cleaning easier and more complete.
Add wheeled dollies in walk-in cooler to facilitate easier and more complete cleaning in this unit.
This will be reviewed at next scheduled inspection and for long-term changes and improvements.
