-low-temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle
-sanitizer measured 200 ppm quats in several sani-buckets and spray bottles
-pest control report available for review - no concerns noted
-vent hoods scheduled to be professionally cleaned in November 2018
-foods date-labelled
-utensils no longer stored in water; please ensure utensils and container are washed every 4 hours

*Custard tarts displayed/served at room temperature. Previous inspection reports state that the lab results for the tarts are under review (2016). Operator provided lab results stating that shelf-life at room temperature for these tarts is 7 days. Results are dated for 2004 and 2007. Information to be reviewed.
