Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pink mildew found growing on top of ice machine's ice well and dripping onto ice.
Corrective Action(s): ice was discarded. operator to obtain ice from grocery store for service.
do not use ice machine until it has been emptied, cleaned, and sanitized.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Iodine glasswasher is not being tested by staff daily.
Iodine glasswasher found to have 0 ppm iodine at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Cease use of the glasswasher until it has been serviced and is capable of sanitizing dishware at 15-25 ppm iodine at the glass surface. Due: June 22
OPERATOR MUST DEVELOP A LOG FOR CHECKING AND RECORDING BOTH GLASSWASHER AND DISHWASHER SANITIZER CONCENTRATION. Operator must also add cooler unit temperature checks to this record keeping system as well.
