Observation: General sanitation to critical areas of premises is good, however, hard-to-reach areas in some stations need more attention to detail to improve cleaning. These include:
- floor of walk in cooler (along wall, behind legs);
- behind and around legs of equipment and counters etc., edges of floor wall interface.
Corrective Action(s): Focus cleaning in walk-in cooler needed.
Extra attention to scheduled cleaning quality needed in some areas.
