- Facilities and supplies adequate for hand washing; Hot / cold running water available at all locations of facility
- Food contact surfaces sanitized using QUATS (available at 200ppm)
- Supply of gloves available to employees; Ensure all employees following procedures for proper glove use
- Cold-holding maintained at 4C (max) - ambient temp.
- Hot-holding maintained above 60C
- Frozen foods kept at -18C
- Temperature log available and up to date
- Proper scoops available for ice and stored properly
- Dishwasher reached 79C at plate surface
- No signs of pests noted at time of inspection
- General sanitation was satisfactory

- Cream cheese product - high turn over
- Remind staff to wash hands frequently and change gloves when switching task or when contaminated. Limit bare hand contact with ready to eat foods (ie. use of utensils, wax barrier, etc.).
