Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Wiping rags were found on counters and not in sanitary condition. Wiping rags must be kept in sanitizer between use and in sanitary condition!!
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL wiping rags kept in sanitizer between use and in sanitary condition to reduce cross contamination issues

Observation: * Cut green peppers were found being stored in unclean containers (greenhouse delivery containers) that were not clean. These containers are for delivery purposes only not for prepped food storage. Cut green peppers had to be discarded into garbage
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL prepped/cut foods are stored properly in washed/sanitized containers and COVERED properly!!!

Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris found under food equipment/corners, etc and shelving that requires immediate cleaning attention.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL areas are cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Also, reorganize food equipment rack above dishwashing area and maintain in sanitary condition. DO NOT store food equipment between shelf brackets as this is unsanitary!! This has been discussed on many previous inspections

Observation: * Staff on site could not provide food safe level 1 certification. One of the staff, Kush, said they completed the course but the certificate was not available.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure staff food safe level 1 trained and provide certificates (copies) ONSITE!!

* Staff could not provide food safe level 1 certificate on site; staff asked to have copy of certificate available onsite
* Green peppers were being stored in walk-in cooler in unsanitary manner; containers were not washed/sanitized as these are green house containers
