Follow up inspection:
-Ice machine had been drained, cleaned, sanitized, and air dried according to staff.
-Interior of the ice machine was observed to be in a clean condition without mould (Code 301 on the previous routine inspection report was corrected). Ensure to drain, clean and sanitize the interior surfaces of the ice machine on a regular basis to maintain it in a clean condition.
-Cooling log for curries was being maintained.
-Cleaning improvements were made to the handsink and floor below the cook line and shelving unit.
-Handsink near the ice machine was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels via a wall-mounted paper towel dispenser that was in good working order.
-Ware-washing was not occurring at the time of inspection. First compartment sink unit was observed to be empty at the time of inspection.

The following was discussed:
1. Install a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser at the handsink near the ice machine.
2. Obtain and use shallow metal containers to facilitate rapid cooling of curries.
