Quats sanitizer in use for sanitizing steam wands.
Premises had small fire last week, no damage to standing freezer but fire department dug a hole in process of putting fire out. Please repatch the hole to prevent pest entry.
Operator is looking to relocate all freezers into dry storage room but needs to carve extra room for venting out hot air to prevent similar fire incidents.
Top shelf of display cooler remain as pastries for display only. Extra pastries in stainless steel cooler in the back.
Temperatures taken; discussed reviewing Celsius vs. Fahrenheit with operator.
Back screen door gap will be sealed by next follow up.
Pest control reports not received yet. Please e-mail me reports from last 3 months.

Operator is renting back space out as of October 1; vender is selling non food items (e.g. crafts, cushions etc.)
