Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (The work table inside the walk in cooler (for meats) was greasy.)
Comments

- All hand sinks were easily accessible and properly supplied. Soap dispenser in women's staff washroom has been replaced.
- Potato slicer was clean and free of debris at time of inspection - good. Ensure it is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
- All knives in knife rack were clean
- All equipment stored on storage rack for clean equipment were observed to be clean
- No food was out at room temperature at time of inspection
- Walk-in cooler fan (for raw meat) has been cleaned. Operator stated fans are now on a weekly cleaning schedule
- Ventilation hood baffles above grill are now on a daily cleaning schedule. To be cleaned today.
- Tin foil no longer being used to line food contact surfaces - good.
- No uncovered food stored near hand washing stations. All food properly covered and protected from contamination.
