The low temp dishwasher was still unable to produce chlorine sanitizer at final rinse cycle. The operator noted that a new high temp dishwasher will be installed within a week. Manual dishwashing is to be implemented until a dishwasher that is in working order is in place. Follow up inspection will be conducted upon installation of the new high temp dishwasher.
