Observation: The sandwich cooler was not working at this time. The manager already emptied out the cooler and was using an ice bath method to have small amount of foods stored in temperature danger zone. A service technician is already contacted. Work order placed. The manger proposed 2 hours maximum for room temperature holding. Ensure ice is surrounding the food inserts. Ensure any left over ingredients after 2 hours to be discarded.

Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
All coolers (see the violation section for an exception) measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature. All products in a frozen sate.
3 compartment sink fully equipped for manual dishwashing.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs.
