Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing was made aware of a complaint of the following nature: Care and Supervision, Care Planning, Physical Facility, and Policies and Procedures

The allegations included the following:
-Inappropriate guidance techniques
-Inadequate information provided to staff by manager to assist with care of child
-A part of the facility was dirty
-The facility policy regarding communicable disease was not being followed

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected from interviews, site visits and records.
Licensing determined the following contraventions to the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR):
-CCLR Section 51(1)(b) -Behavioral guidance policy availability to families
-CCLR Section 51(2)(a) -Care Planning
