Corrective Action(s): 1. ALL foods need to be transferred into plastic/glass containers - cannot be stored in an open can. 2. Rice scoop should be stored as discussed - based on info share "storage of in-use utensils" provided Violation Score: 3 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Flies observed in kitchen area.
