Corrective Action(s): 1. ALL foods need to be transferred into plastic/glass containers - cannot be stored in an open can.
2. Rice scoop should be stored as discussed - based on info share "storage of in-use utensils" provided

- Walk in cooler probed sauce: temperature was 4C
- Provided and discussed three bulletins (small fire, power outage and boil water) with the operator
- Falafal and sauces are labelled - see pictures taken (no ingredients on label)
