Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser at hand sink was empty at start of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator refilled dispenser immediately. Handwashing station must be fully supplied at all times.

A fully supplied handwashing station has running hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.

Observation: Observed ants in the kitchen under the single door freezer closest to the back door. They appear to be coming in from outside the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize underneath the single door freezer to remove the attractant. Apply a deterent or pesticide only to the exterior of the building - do not use inside the kitchen.
