Temperature of tap water at the kitchen handwashing sink (next to the shelving unit) is excessive hot. Please adjust. Kitchen floor surface is pitted and worn in areas. Repair is needed. General sanitation is satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest noted. Storage is well organized. No concerns noted with food handling practice. Staff is maintaining the temperature log and keeping track of dishwasher, glasswasher and food contact surfaces sanitizer. Temperature of fridges, freezers and hot holding units are satisfactory. Permit is posted.
