Routine inspection conducted. Facility is well maintained and operated.

A) Temperatures: (Requirement: 4C or lower for coolers; -18C or lower for freezers; 60C or above for hot-holders)
- Display cooler at 2C as verified by probe thermometer. Reminder: Ensure that sandwiches are always kept at the back of the cooler, as the temperature is lower there
- Walk-in cooler at 4C
- Kool-aid machine at 3C
- Stand-up freezer at -18C
- Hot-holder for hot dogs at 69C

B) Cleaning and Sanitizing
- Handsink near display cooler adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- 3 compartment sink in back employee area contains sink plugs for warewashing - good.
- Quaternary ammonium compound (quats) dispensed at 200 ppm; quats spray bottle available and tested at 200 ppm
- Employee states that food contact surfaces are sanitized once every 2-3 hours - good
- Mop sink area is maintained in sanitary condition

C) Storage
- Take-out bags and slurpee containers were in sanitary condition
- Tongs for hot dogs were in sanitary condition, suspended outside of the hot-holder
- All food items are elevated at least 6" off floor

D) Administrative
- Manager has FoodSafe 1 certification
- Permit posted

E) Pest Control
- Professional pest control company conducts monthly inspections
- Mechanical traps were opened and inspected. No visible signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection.

Temperature logging:
- Temperature logs for display cooler maintained daily and up-to-date as requested on previous follow-up inspection (RPT # AHEN-AT6VR8)
- Temperature log for walk-in cooler was last updated November 2017 (not up-to-date). Ensure that a new log is printed off and is maintained daily for the walk-in cooler
