Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Found bacon and egg muffins sitting at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
2. Found chicken pot pies sitting at room temperature on top of display cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Potentially hazardous foods must be kept in a cooler or discarded after 2 hours at room temperature. If wish to keep at room temperature must provide evidence that the food item is not potentially hazardous (i.e. lab confirmation).
2. Once Chicken pot pies are cooled to room temperature (i.e. in 2 hours), they must be placed into a cooler.

Observation: Mice droppings noted throughout the premises on the floor, and on bottom shelves/cookie sheets. 1 mouse found at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Hire a professional pest control company to come in and assist with the mouse infestation.
Clean up all mice droppings, and food debris such as crumbs and flour every night.
Do not leave any baked goods or food items out over night. all items need to be in pest proof containers.
