Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inside of the ice machine (upper plastic part) requires cleaning. Staff was advised to have the part manually cleaned at this time.
Corrective Action(s): The machine has been serviced by a technician yesterday. Ensure to have the inside of the machine manually cleaned on a regular basis.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved the minimum chlorine level of 50ppm at the plate level after final rinse.
- Glasswasher achieved the minimum chlorine level of 50ppm after final rinse.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
- Bar satisfactory. Back storage satisfactory.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation level of the facility satisfactory.
