Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Handwashing stations near front service area and the back kitchen area both lack paper towels inside the dispenser.
2. In the absence of paper towels in the dispenser, no other paper towels were available near the handwash station at the front handwash station.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towels were replaced inside the dispenser.

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on June 8, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-AZJS5Q).

- Sanitizing pails are now labelled and all contain 200 ppm chlorine residual - good
- Thermometer acquired for front display cooler containing chocolate milk
- Sanitary condition of restaurant has improved:
- 1. Grease buildup in ventilation canopy has been addressed - please do a thorough clean at the end of the week to ensure that it remains in sanitary condition
- 2. Back area of restaurant has been mopped, settled oil and grease have been removed from the area - good
- 3. Boiler room no longer contains settled food debris
